Run the work once.
Keep the proof forever.

VoraSuite controls your tooling, maintenance, quality and inspection on the shop floor, and turns every operating record into audit-ready evidence as you go. No double entry. No audit-week scramble.

Run the work once, the proof keeps itself.
01 / The problem

You already did the work.
Proving it is the hard part.

Your team runs tooling, maintenance and inspection every day. The work happens. But the proof of it lives in spreadsheets, paper travelers, a whiteboard in the toolroom, and in three people's heads.

SpreadsheetsPaper travelersToolroom whiteboardThree people's heads

So when the IATF surveillance audit lands, or a customer demands traceability on a batch, it becomes a scramble. Someone spends a week reconstructing what happened, hunting for the calibration cert, and quietly tidying records to fill the gaps.

A toolroom desk buried in paper job cards, a handwritten tooling-status whiteboard, binders of records, and a drawer of loose calibration certificates.
The proof of a day's work, before VoraSuite
The evidence gets built for the audit instead of captured from the work.

That gap between doing the work and proving it is where nonconformances hide, where audits go sideways, and where good manufacturers lose contracts they earned on the floor.

02 / How it works

One system. Work on top, proof underneath.

VoraSuite has one direction of gravity. You run daily control, and the records of that work fall into a permanent, timestamped evidence trail. Captured once, never re-entered.

1
Capture once, on the floor
Operators and the toolroom record work where it happens: inspections, calibrations, maintenance, exceptions. The record is the work, not a second copy of it.
2
Timestamped, attributed, locked
Every entry carries who, what and when, automatically. No backdating, no reconstruction. The timeline itself is the source of truth.
3
Traceability already linked
Out-of-spec results connect to Resolve exceptions, characteristics to control plans, captures to tools. The links exist because the work created them.

03 / Products

Four products. One evidence trail.

Four products on one foundation. Buy the part you feel today, the toolroom or the quality floor, add the VoraAudit proof upgrade when you need it, or take the whole suite. Every tier writes to the same trail, so upgrading never means re-entering anything.

04 / Standout capabilities

Built for the shop floor, dead wifi zones included.

The capabilities plants notice first: purpose-built floor kiosks that ride out connection drops, SPC that computes itself from capture, and a toolroom that runs on one board.

Shop-floor modes
Floor kiosks that keep working when the wifi drops.
Inspectors and toolmakers get their own big-touch kiosks, made for a tablet at the machine. A floor login lands straight in the kiosk: no cockpit, no menus to get lost in. And when the connection drops in a dead zone, work carries on. Entries are kept on the device and sync when the connection returns, carrying who did the work and the true time it happened.
Inspector capture kiosk
Pick the part, walk the operation, record samples against the released control plan. In-spec or out-of-spec feedback is instant, even while the connection is down.
Toolmaker jobs kiosk
My jobs at a glance: pick up open work, time it with a start and done timer, add photos, hand off with the root cause recorded.
Offline continuity
A wifi drop does not stop the shift. Entries made during a drop sync automatically when the connection returns, with the true entry time kept.
SPC trends + capability
SPC that computes itself from capture.
Every measurement against a released control plan feeds SPC trend charts and live Cpk per characteristic. Out-of-spec results hand off to Resolve, so the response is recorded next to the signal.
See VoraControl
Planning board + job cards
The toolroom week on one board.
Repairs and service run on job cards with labour, photos and root cause at hand-off. The visual planning board lays the work out so the toolroom manager can balance the week.
See VoraTool
PM, spares + history
Maintenance that keeps its own history.
Preventive maintenance generates the due work per tool and advances on completion. Critical spares track stock against the tooling that uses them. Every action lands in the tooling history.

05 / VoraAudit

The proof builds itself.

Every action your team takes in VoraSuite is a record the moment it happens: who, what, when, against which control plan, with what result. VoraAudit stitches those records into a continuous, timestamped and attributed evidence trail mapped to the requirement areas your auditor actually checks.

No retro data entry. No leaving the paperwork for later. When the auditor sits down, the traceability is already there, because it is just the work, recorded once and kept.

+
Clause-mapped, not just stored
The Coverage Matrix maps VoraAudit proof areas to the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements your auditor asks about, so you can show the underlying records, not just data.
+
A trail, not a snapshot
See the full history of a tool, a part or a nonconformance: calibration, inspection, exception follow-up, closure, in one timeline.
+
Audit week becomes audit hour
Hand the auditor a filtered, time-bounded evidence report instead of a week of reconstruction.

06 / Who it's for

Built for the people who dread audit week.

ISO 9001
IATF 16949
Hold or pursue these, and VoraSuite already speaks your language: control plan, nonconformance, CAPA, traceability, surveillance audit.
Quality manager
Owns the proof gap
Walk into the surveillance audit with traceability already assembled: control plans, out-of-spec follow-up, SPC and inspection records, linked. Stop being the person who reconstructs the story.
Toolroom manager
Owns tooling integrity
Every tool's maintenance and service state, visible and provable, without keeping a parallel logbook the rest of the plant never sees.
Plant manager
Owns the outcome
One source of truth for how the floor actually ran, and the confidence that audit week won't pull your best people off production.
07 / Why we built this

Why we built VoraSuite

I have watched good manufacturers, companies that actually run tight operations, sweat audits they should have walked through. Not because the work was bad, but because the evidence of the work was scattered across spreadsheets, paper and memory.

Every QMS tool I saw treated compliance as a separate job: more forms, more data entry, a parallel system that ran alongside the real work and never quite matched it. That is backwards. The proof should be a by-product of doing the work well, not a second shift after it.

So we built VoraSuite around one idea: control the operation properly, and the audit evidence is already done. Run the work once. Keep the proof forever.

We are launching soon, and we are looking for a small group of manufacturers to shape it with us. If audit week is a fire drill at your plant, we would like to talk.

The VoraSuite team
The method
Operational-first
The floor system comes first. Compliance is downstream of good control, not a parallel chore.
Evidence as by-product
Proof is generated by the work itself, never a separate data-entry task.
Standards-native
Designed around how ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 are actually audited.
