The terms that govern VoraSuite subscriptions and use.

Operator and merchant of record

VoraSuite is owned and operated by KITSIGUARD (PTY) LTD, the legal entity behind the VoraSuite platform and this website. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payments partner Paddle, acting as merchant of record for customer purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes and billing receipts for VoraSuite orders.

Use of the public site

The public site explains VoraSuite, receives non-sensitive enquiries and supports demo, trial and commercial contact routes. Public forms must not be used to submit production files, customer drawings, audit reports, employee records or sensitive customer data.

Commercial use and subscriptions

• VoraSuite may be sold through subscription packages, commercial orders, pilots, trials or other approved commercial arrangements.
• Pricing, package scope, renewal, billing period, payment method and included features are governed by the commercial terms active at purchase or agreement.
• Certain features may require an active subscription, product entitlement, seat allocation, site allocation or authorised role.
• Failure to pay, expired subscriptions or terminated commercial arrangements may restrict or remove access.

Product access and entitlements

Roles determine what a user may do. Entitlements determine what the customer has purchased or has been authorised to evaluate. Access to VoraCore, VoraControl, VoraTool, VoraAudit, sites, seats, files, evidence areas and future features may vary by package and configuration.

Demo, pilot and trial environments

• Demo environments use controlled example data unless otherwise agreed.
• Trial and pilot environments are for evaluation unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise.
• Trials may have usage, storage, product, site, user, feature or time limits.
• Inactive, expired or misused trial environments may be suspended or removed.

VoraAudit and evidence limits

VoraAudit creates audit-supporting proof answers from available VoraSuite source records. It helps preserve source context, actor and time, with evidence reports you review or print. It does not certify a customer, guarantee audit success, guarantee legal compliance or replace auditor judgement.

Customer records and account responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authority of records entered into VoraSuite.
• Customers are responsible for user access decisions, internal approvals, record retention requirements and how VoraSuite outputs are used in their own QMS.
• False evidence, fraudulent records, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass audit controls may result in suspension or termination.

Intellectual property

VoraSuite, its software, design, workflows, product names, code, documentation, public content and platform concepts remain VoraSuite intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise. Customer records remain customer-controlled business records.

Service changes

VoraSuite may improve, change, add or remove features as the product evolves. Material commercial changes should be handled through the applicable package, order, subscription notice or customer communication path.
