How VoraSuite processes customer records.

VoraSuite processes the manufacturing control, evidence and service records your team creates, inside a workspace your organization owns. Operational control comes first, with audit evidence preserved as the work is done.

Effective June 2026. Public customer-record handling summary. Version 1.0.

Workspace data may include
  • Tooling, job card, maintenance, repair and spares records.
  • Control plans, inspection capture, SPC trends, Resolve exceptions and quality records.
  • VoraAudit proof answers and auditor evidence reports you review or print.
  • Users, access, organization, site, security, audit event and file attachment records.

Customer ownership and responsibility

Customer workspace records remain customer-controlled business records. Customers are responsible for deciding what they upload, which users are authorised, how records relate to their own QMS, and whether information may lawfully be stored in VoraSuite.

How VoraSuite processes records

  • To run VoraCore, VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraAudit workflows.
  • To preserve source context such as customer, part, revision, tool, operation, user, site, time and record status.
  • To support audit evidence answers, evidence reports, search, reporting, security review and service operation.
  • To maintain audit, access, diagnostic and security records needed to protect the platform.

Sensitive records and public forms

Public demo, trial and contact forms are not the place for production files, customer drawings, audit reports or sensitive customer data. Those forms should contain only short, non-sensitive summaries.

Service providers and payment operation

VoraSuite may use hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, support and payment service providers to operate the service. Commercial payment providers may process payment, subscription and billing-related data where required for subscribed customers.

Retention, export and deletion

Customer records may be retained while a subscription, trial, pilot or commercial relationship is active. After cancellation, termination or expiry, customer data is not deleted immediately. Customers can request a copy of their records through the contact or support process, and removal from active systems is agreed or scheduled as part of offboarding. Audit, billing, security and abuse-prevention records may be retained longer where required for legal, security or platform integrity reasons.

No compliance guarantee

VoraSuite supports governed records and audit evidence. It does not replace a customer quality management system, legal adviser, auditor, certification body or regulatory responsibility.

Have a customer-record question?

Ask before sending sensitive detail. The right path is a controlled discussion, not a production file dropped into a public form.

This public page is a commercial and product boundary summary, not legal advice. Specific customer orders, subscription terms or signed agreements may add or override details for that customer.
