VoraSuite is priced per manufacturing site. VoraTool is $495 per site per month billed annually ($595 monthly). VoraControl is $595 per site per month billed annually ($695 monthly). VoraSuite, which includes VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraAudit, is $995 per site per month billed annually ($1,195 monthly). The VoraAudit upgrade for VoraTool or VoraControl customers is $150 per site per month billed annually ($175 monthly). Full package details are on the pricing page.

Annual billing starts with a 14-day free trial of the full VoraSuite: VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraAudit, whichever package you choose. You enter a card upfront and are not charged until the trial ends. When the trial ends, your access changes to the package you chose and billing starts; everything your team created stays stored. Cancel any time before day 14 and you will not be billed. Monthly billing has no trial; the first payment is taken immediately.

Every package includes the VoraCore foundation: organization and site context, master data (customers, parts, revisions, work centres), team access management and notifications. VoraTool and VoraControl each include 10 named users and 25 GB of storage per site. VoraSuite includes 20 named users, 75 GB per site and VoraAudit.

Yes. Additional named users are $29 per user per month billed annually ($35 monthly). Additional storage is $30 per month per 100 GB billed annually ($35 monthly). A once-off launch setup is optional if you want help: $1,500 for your first site, $750 for each additional site. Add-ons are managed from your subscription page.

No. A QMS platform manages your documented quality system: procedures, document control, internal audit schedules and management review. VoraSuite is manufacturing control and evidence software: it runs the daily tooling and quality work (job cards, preventive maintenance, released control plans, inspection capture) and keeps every record as audit evidence. It sits alongside your QMS: your procedures say what you do, VoraSuite is where the work is done and proven.

You can, and most SME plants do, which is exactly the problem VoraSuite replaces. Spreadsheets lose context: nothing links the part, the tool, the inspection and the person who did the work, history can be edited without a trace, and every audit starts with a scramble to reconstruct evidence. VoraSuite keeps the same records connected to their tooling, part and customer context as the work happens, so the proof already exists when the auditor asks.

VoraTool overlaps with a CMMS but is built for the toolroom rather than general facility maintenance. A generic CMMS maintains equipment; VoraTool manages production tooling: job cards, tooling history, preventive maintenance, repairs and critical spares, with every record tied to the part, customer and operation context an auditor asks about.

No. An MES schedules and tracks production execution in real time. VoraSuite does not schedule production; it is its own category: manufacturing control and audit evidence software. It controls the tooling and quality work around production (job cards, maintenance, control plans, inspection capture, out-of-spec follow-up) and keeps the audit evidence as a by-product.

You can register and start the same day: there is no deployment project and nothing to install. A typical first week: enter your customers, parts and tooling, then capture real job cards and inspections. A once-off launch setup is available if you want help standing up your first site, or you can start on a blank slate and enter your own master data.

No. VoraSuite builds history forward: enter your customers, parts and tooling, then start capturing job cards, maintenance and inspections from day one. Old records can stay where they are for reference; your controlled history starts the day you switch on.

The workflows mirror how the work already happens, and floor users get their own purpose-built kiosks rather than the office cockpit. The Inspector Capture floor mode is a big-touch kiosk for recording measurements against the released control plan with immediate in-spec or out-of-spec feedback. The Toolmaker Jobs floor mode shows a toolmaker their own job cards: pick up work, time it, add photos and hand off with the root cause recorded. There are no timesheet essays and no duplicate admin: doing the work once creates the record.

Yes. Shop floors have dead zones, so both floor kiosks are built to keep working through connection drops. Entries made while the connection is down are kept on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns, carrying who did the work and the true time it happened. Inspectors still get instant in-spec or out-of-spec feedback against the released control plan limits while the connection is down. The kiosks need a connection to sign in and load the working set; after that, a wifi drop does not stop the shift.

Planned work includes VDA 6.3 evidence support alongside the existing ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 focus, AI-assisted analysis that helps you read your own data across the products, and team chat with to-dos for coordinating shop-floor work. Roadmap items are planned, not yet shipped, and are subject to change; buy VoraSuite for what it does today.
