VoraAudit: Quality audit software: answers from records you already created.
VoraAudit answers audit questions from the work your team already recorded. Pick the question an auditor would ask, such as the full service history of a tool, and review or print an evidence report showing what happened, who did it and when.
Everything in VoraAudit

VoraAudit produces records, not status updates.
Every action becomes a timestamped, attributed record on the shared trail, linked to the master data around it. That is what makes the proof a by-product of the work instead of a separate job.
Part of one evidence trail.
The proof is already in your records
VoraAudit is quality audit software that answers an auditor's question from the records your team already created. Instead of scrambling to reconstruct evidence before an audit, you pick the question, such as the full service history of a tool or the inspections behind a part, and VoraAudit assembles the matching records into a report you review or print. It draws on one timestamped, attributed record trail, so the answer is the work, not a rebuild.
Production tooling evidence
Answer questions about tooling from the toolroom's own records: the repair, maintenance and service history of a mould or die, assembled with the person and time behind each action.
Quality control evidence
Answer questions about quality from the inspections your team captured: the measurements behind a part, the control plan they ran against, and how out-of-spec results were resolved.
Organization governance evidence
Answer questions about master data, access and site records from the governed trail, so the who-changed-what behind your setup is on record, not on trust.
Auditor evidence reports
Pick the question an auditor would ask, narrow it to a part, tool or gauge if you want, and review or print a report of the matching records. It is assembled on the fly from source records, so it always reflects what actually happened.
How VoraAudit is different from a document folder, an audit scheduler and a spreadsheet
Teams keep audit evidence in shared folders, chase it with audit-management schedulers, or rebuild it in spreadsheets before each audit. Here is where VoraAudit fits.
A document folder
A shared folder holds files but cannot answer a question. It will not tell you the full service history of a tool or the inspections behind a part unless someone assembles it by hand. VoraAudit answers the question from the source records directly.
An audit scheduler
Audit-management tools help you plan and track audits, but they do not hold the shop-floor evidence itself. VoraAudit is the evidence side: it draws the tooling, quality and governance records that answer what an auditor actually asks.
A spreadsheet rebuild
Rebuilding evidence in a spreadsheet before an audit is slow and loses the trail: who did it, when, against which record. VoraAudit keeps the trail as the work happens, so the evidence is ready without the scramble.
Quality audit software: common questions
What kind of questions can it answer?
The questions an auditor asks, such as the full service history of a tool, the inspections behind a part, or the who-changed-what behind your master data. You pick the question and VoraAudit assembles the matching records.
Does it guarantee we pass an audit or that we are compliant?
No. VoraAudit keeps controlled records and answers questions from them. It does not certify compliance or guarantee an audit outcome. Auditors accept controlled records, and VoraSuite keeps them controlled.
Where does the evidence come from?
From the work your team already recorded in VoraTool and VoraControl, on one timestamped, attributed record trail. VoraAudit does not create separate evidence; it assembles the records the work created.
Can we print the report for an auditor?
Yes. Every answer can be reviewed on screen or printed as a report of the matching records, showing what happened, who did it and when.
Is VoraAudit sold on its own?
VoraAudit is an upgrade to VoraTool or VoraControl and is built into VoraSuite. It answers from the records those products create, so it needs at least one of them.
