Everything in VoraSuite

Real, connected records

VoraSuite produces records, not status updates.

Every action becomes a timestamped, attributed record on the shared trail, linked to the master data around it. That is what makes the proof a by-product of the work instead of a separate job.

In depth

One system for tooling, quality and proof

VoraSuite is manufacturing quality and tooling software that brings the toolroom, the shop floor and the auditor onto one shared record trail. VoraTool runs the toolroom, VoraControl runs quality control, and VoraAudit answers audit questions from what both recorded. Because they sit on the same foundation, a repair, an inspection and the evidence behind them are connected from the first day, not stitched together later.

Toolroom management

Manage moulds, dies and production tooling with VoraTool: tooling history, job cards, repairs, preventive maintenance and critical spares, all kept as a retained record.

Quality control

Run quality control on the shop floor with VoraControl: released control plans, inspection capture, SPC trends against spec limits, gauge calibration and out-of-spec resolution.

Audit evidence

Answer auditor questions from the records your team already created with VoraAudit, ready to review or print. It is built into VoraSuite.

One shared record trail

Every action across tooling and quality writes to the same timestamped, attributed trail on the governed VoraCore foundation, so nothing is entered twice and nothing is left disconnected.

How VoraSuite is different from an MES, an ERP and separate point tools

Manufacturers look at an MES, an ERP, or a stack of separate point tools. Here is where VoraSuite fits.

An MES or ERP

An MES or ERP runs production and the business: scheduling, orders, inventory, finance. VoraSuite does not run production. It runs the toolroom and quality control and keeps the evidence, the operational detail those systems do not hold, and it works alongside them.

Separate point tools

Separate tools for tooling, inspection and audit evidence leave the data disconnected, so proving what happened means stitching exports together. VoraSuite keeps them on one trail, so the evidence is already joined up.

A spreadsheet stack

Spreadsheets hold each piece but lose the links between them and the context behind them. VoraSuite keeps tooling, quality and evidence connected and attributed, so the record survives audits and staff changes.

VoraSuite: common questions

What is included in VoraSuite?

VoraTool for toolroom management, VoraControl for shop-floor quality control and VoraAudit for audit evidence, on the shared VoraCore foundation. It is the full package, connected from day one.

Is VoraSuite an MES or ERP?

No. VoraSuite does not run production scheduling, orders or finance. It runs the toolroom and quality control and keeps the evidence behind them, and it works alongside an MES or ERP rather than replacing one.

Can we start with one product and add the rest?

Yes. You can start with VoraTool or VoraControl and move up to VoraSuite later. Because they share one foundation, the records you already created stay in place.

Does everything share the same records?

Yes. Tooling and quality actions write to one timestamped, attributed trail, so a repair, an inspection and the audit evidence behind them are connected, not stored in separate systems.

Do the floor kiosks work without wifi?

The toolmaker and inspector floor kiosks keep working when the wifi drops, holding entries on the device and syncing when the connection returns with the true entry time. It is continuity through connection drops, not a fully offline system.
