How VoraSuite handles personal information.
VoraSuite uses personal information to respond to enquiries, run demos and trials, administer customer relationships, operate the service and protect the platform. We do not sell personal information or share public enquiry details with third-party advertisers.

- Public forms are for short, non-sensitive enquiries only.
- We collect the details needed to respond, route the request and operate the service.
- We do not sell personal information or use enquiry data for third-party advertising resale.
- Customer workspace records are handled separately from public website enquiries.
Information we collect
Public pages may collect name, company, role, email address, phone number, product interest, enquiry type and the message submitted through demo, trial or contact forms.
- Customer administration may include billing contact, subscription contact, authorised users and service communication details.
- Service operation may create security, access, diagnostic and audit records needed to run and protect VoraSuite.
- Do not submit production files, customer drawings, audit reports, employee records or sensitive customer data through public forms.
How we use it
- To respond to sales, demo, trial, support-style, privacy, security and partnership enquiries.
- To prepare controlled demos and reviewed trial paths.
- To administer customer accounts, subscriptions, service notices and commercial communication.
- To operate, secure, monitor, troubleshoot and improve VoraSuite.
- To meet legal, security, fraud-prevention and platform integrity obligations.
Sharing and service providers
VoraSuite may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, forms, analytics, security, support, payment processing and operational tooling. Those providers are used to operate the service, not to sell personal information.

- Where payment providers, hosting providers or support tools are used, they support the service and commercial operation.
Your rights and contact route
A person may contact VoraSuite to ask about access, correction, deletion or handling of personal information where applicable law gives those rights. Requests may need identity and authority verification before action is taken.

This notice describes VoraSuite privacy handling. It is not a claim that VoraSuite or any customer is POPIA, GDPR, ISO, SOC 2 or other compliance certified.
