Gauge and calibration management

Track gauges and their calibration status, with due dates visible before a gauge goes out of calibration. Every inspection records the gauge that took it, so measurements are always traceable to a known, in-date instrument.

Out-of-spec resolution

When a result is out of spec it is flagged and routed to Resolve, where the exception is worked with root cause recorded before it is closed. Nothing quietly disappears: the out-of-spec event and its resolution both stay on the record.

Do we need wifi on the shop floor?

The inspector floor kiosk keeps working when the wifi drops. Entries are held on the device and sync when the connection returns, carrying the true entry time, so you do not lose captures in a dead zone.

Does it calculate SPC?

VoraControl trends your captured measurements against the specification limits on the control plan and shows capability as it moves. It works from the inspections your team already recorded, so the trend is a by-product of the work.

Can it manage gauges and calibration?

Yes. Gauges are tracked with calibration due dates, and every inspection records the gauge that took the measurement, so readings are traceable to an in-date instrument.
