Cancellation terms should be clear before the first paid subscription.
VoraSuite is built as a subscription product. Cancellation should prevent future renewal charges, preserve access until the paid period ends, and give customers a clear way to request their records without creating a forever-hosting obligation.
Effective June 2026. Cancellation and offboarding position. Version 1.0.
- Customers may cancel a subscription according to the active commercial package or subscription agreement.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally refund the active billing period.
- Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is terminated for cause.
- After expiry, customer data is not deleted immediately. Customers can request a copy of their records before removal from active systems is arranged.
Cancelling a subscription
- A customer may cancel future renewal of an active subscription through the approved billing, account or contact process available at the time.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges for that subscription, subject to the applicable package, order and billing terms.
- Cancellation does not automatically remove payment obligations already incurred before the cancellation took effect.
Access after cancellation
Unless the account is suspended or terminated for cause, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After the paid period expires, access may be restricted, suspended or removed.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- Partial-period refunds are not normally provided unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
- VoraSuite may issue discretionary refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
Offboarding and export
- Customers who need their records around cancellation or expiry can request an assisted export through the contact or support process.
- After expiry, customer data is retained until removal from active systems is agreed or scheduled as part of offboarding, rather than deleted on a fixed automatic timetable.
- A customer may ask for earlier removal of their data from active systems after expiry.
- Audit, billing, security, diagnostic and abuse-prevention records may be retained for longer where required for legal, security, accounting or platform integrity reasons.
Trial, pilot and evaluation expiry
Trial, pilot and evaluation environments may expire, be suspended or be removed according to the trial terms, evaluation scope or commercial agreement. Trial data may be deleted after expiry, especially where the trial is inactive or has not converted to a paid subscription.
Termination for cause
VoraSuite may suspend or terminate access sooner for non-payment, security abuse, unauthorised access, false evidence, unlawful data, confidentiality misuse, platform abuse or material breach of acceptable use or commercial terms.
Need to discuss cancellation or offboarding before subscribing?
Use Contact before purchase or trial setup. Export, retention and offboarding expectations should be understood before live customer records are added.
