Use VoraSuite to preserve real manufacturing records, not to fake them.
Acceptable use protects customer data, evidence integrity, platform security and cross-tenant boundaries. This matters because VoraSuite records may support quality decisions, customer responses and audit evidence.

- false, fraudulent or knowingly misleading audit evidence.
- Unauthorised customer, supplier, employee or third-party data.
- Malware, scraping, credential abuse, service disruption or cross-tenant access attempts.
- Public-form submission of production files, drawings, audit reports or sensitive data.
Evidence integrity
- Do not fabricate, backdate or knowingly misrepresent tooling, quality, inspection, maintenance, exception or evidence records.
- Do not try to bypass, suppress, corrupt or manipulate audit trails, source context or evidence records.
- Do not present VoraAudit output as a certification guarantee or proof of compliance beyond the records actually available.
Security and access
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to any account, tenant, site, product, evidence area, file, API, database object or service component.
- Do not share credentials outside approved access arrangements.
- Do not upload malware, run scraping, overload the service, probe vulnerabilities or interfere with platform operation.
Customer and third-party confidentiality
Users must only upload or process records they are authorised to handle. This includes customer drawings, product information, supplier data, employee information, audit material, inspection records and commercially confidential manufacturing detail.
Trial and demo boundaries
Demo and trial environments must not be used as live production systems unless an approved commercial agreement says so. Public forms must stay non-sensitive.
Enforcement
VoraSuite may suspend, restrict or terminate access where use threatens platform security, customer confidentiality, evidence integrity, legal compliance, payment integrity or service operation.
