The VoraAudit proof surfaces

A reference to every VoraAudit proof surface: the Production Tooling, Quality Control and Governance evidence areas, what each one shows and where it lives.

Proof surfaces are the evidence areas of VoraAudit, each answering one class of auditor question from grouped real records. They live under VoraAudit at /audit, organized into three groups: Production Tooling, Quality Control and Governance. Every surface can be reviewed on screen or printed.

Production Tooling

  • Tooling history at /audit/tooling-history: tools with their current service status and the full service story behind each one.
  • Maintenance evidence at /audit/maintenance: scheduled and completed preventive maintenance recorded against the tooling.
  • Critical spares evidence at /audit/critical-spares: critical spares preserved for the tooling and their stock status.
  • Repair and job card evidence at /audit/repair-job-cards: repair and job-card history recorded against the tooling.

Quality Control

  • Control plan evidence at /audit/control-plans: released inspection control plans and the master data they were generated from.
  • Inspection and capture evidence at /audit/inspections: measurement results captured against released control plans.
  • Resolve and exception evidence at /audit/resolve: out-of-spec results, how they were dispositioned and closed out.
  • Gauge and method evidence at /audit/gauges-methods: calibrated gauges used for capture and their calibration status.
  • SPC and capability at /audit/spc-capability: live per-characteristic SPC signals and capability computed from recent Capture samples.

Governance

  • Master data evidence at /audit/master-data: released part master records with customer, drawing and process context.
  • Access and user evidence at /audit/access-users: who has access, their roles and recent authority changes.
  • Site and company evidence at /audit/site-company: company details, sites and the package scope of the workspace.

How the surfaces present evidence

Each surface shows a grouped register of real records for the selected site. Because evidence trees can grow very large, VoraAudit registers load collapsed so the structure stays scannable; expand a group to see the records inside it. The tooling register report at /audit/asset-register gives a printable register of the tooling with its service position.

Only real records appear

A proof surface never shows placeholder rows, sample counts or invented evidence. If an area shows No evidence recorded, no records of that type exist yet in the selected scope.
