Using the Audit Reporter

Pick an auditor-style question, optionally narrow it to a part or gauge, set the time period, and review or print the evidence report assembled from your records.

The Audit Reporter is the question-driven front door of VoraAudit, under VoraAudit at /audit/reporter. Instead of browsing every evidence area, you pick the question an auditor would ask and the Reporter assembles only the records that answer it, ready to review on screen or print.

Step 1: choose a question

Open the Choose a question selector. Questions are grouped by Production Tooling, Quality Control, Governance and Complete file, and each is phrased the way an auditor asks: tooling history for a part, control plan for a part, inspections and capture for a part, out-of-spec and resolution for a part, access and user accountability, site and company setup. Each question loads its own ordered set of evidence registers.

Step 2: narrow to a subject if you want to

For part and gauge questions a subject picker appears. The subject is an optional filter: leave it on All parts or All gauges and the report shows every record for the question; pick one part or gauge to narrow the report to it. Parts are listed by internal part number. The one exception is the complete evidence file for a part, which requires a subject before it will assemble, because the full file is too heavy without one.

Step 3: set the time period

The period defaults to the last 3 months and applies to event registers only, such as maintenance history, repair and job cards, inspections and resolutions. Current-state registers, such as the tooling register, released control plans, gauges and critical spares, always show the present position and are not affected by the period. You can pick another preset or a custom from and to date range.

Step 4: review or print

Run the report and review the grouped registers on screen. The Print action opens a printable version of the same report at /audit/reporter/print, carrying your question, subject and period. Reports are assembled on the fly from the live records each time; there are no saved report files to maintain or keep in sync.

If a register comes back empty

An empty register means no records matched the question, subject and period. Widen the period, clear the subject, or check that you are on the site where the records were created.
