VoraAudit overview
What VoraAudit is, how access to it works, and how the proof surfaces, Audit Reporter and Coverage Matrix answer auditor questions from records your team already created.
VoraAudit answers any auditor question from records your team already created. It is one global audit module for the whole suite, opened at /audit, and it renders evidence from the operating records in VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraCore rather than asking anyone to file paperwork twice.
How access to VoraAudit works
VoraAudit access follows the site entitlement, not a per-user setting. It is included in the VoraSuite package and available as a paid upgrade for VoraTool and VoraControl sites. Because access rides on the entitlement, VoraAudit does not appear in the per-user access modal; if the site is entitled, users see the evidence their own access allows.
What VoraAudit contains
- Evidence readiness on the VoraAudit home page: how much of each evidence area is backed by real records, gaps and issues to review, and recent evidence activity.
- Proof surfaces grouped as Production Tooling, Quality Control and Governance, each answering one class of auditor question from grouped real records.
- The Audit Reporter at /audit/reporter: pick the question an auditor would ask and get the evidence report, ready to review or print.
- The Coverage Matrix at /audit/coverage-matrix: which ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirement areas the recorded evidence speaks to.
Where the evidence comes from
Nothing in VoraAudit is entered directly. Tooling history, maintenance records, job cards, released control plans, inspection results, resolutions and access records are created by everyday work in the products, and VoraAudit reads them as proof. The evidence you see is filtered by your organization, the selected site, the products licensed at that site and your own access.
Reading the home page
The home page shows an auditor readiness signal per evidence group, a coverage bar per evidence area, and a gaps and issues card. An area marked No evidence recorded is not an error; it can simply mean no records of that type exist yet. Open any area to review the records behind the number.
VoraAudit organizes and presents controlled records; it does not certify anything. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 are named because they are the standards your auditors check against, never as a promise of compliance or certification.
