Company profile and logo
Where to edit the company details VoraSuite holds for your organization, including trading and legal names, addresses, billing details and the logo used on visuals.
The company profile lives on the Account page under My Account, at /access/account. The Company section at the top of that page holds the company details card and the logo upload, side by side.
Editing company details
Open Edit company details on the company card. The form covers company identity (trading name, registered legal name, an optional internal company code and the active or inactive status), the physical address, the postal address, and billing details. Save applies the changes; if something is rejected, the error shows inside the form so you can correct it without losing your input.
Billing details you can record
- Billing name and billing email, used for invoicing contact.
- VAT or tax number.
- Whether a purchase order is required.
- A separate billing address.
- Free text billing notes.
Uploading a logo for visuals
The logo card next to the company details accepts PNG, JPG or SVG files up to 500 KB, with a transparent background preferred. Choose the file with Choose logo, then press Upload logo. The current logo and its file name show on the card, and the logo is used on generated visuals such as reports.
The company profile belongs to the whole organization, not to one site. Changing it here changes it for every site and every user in the company.
