VoraControl reports

The Resolve exception reports: filters, summary metrics, ageing, repeat exception signals, closure performance, the detailed register, CSV and print.

Reports, under VoraControl at /control/reports, is the management view over the Resolve exception records: open issues, overdue work, ageing, repeat exception signals and closure performance, all built from real Resolve and Capture records for the current company and site.

Filtering the report

The filter bar narrows the report by status, customer, part and revision, operation, responsible person, priority, severity and a detected date range. Every panel on the page recalculates against the filter, so the same page answers a broad monthly review and a narrow question about one part.

The summary metrics

  • Total exceptions: Resolve records in the current filter.
  • Open issues: records not yet closed or cancelled.
  • Overdue: open records past their target date.
  • Needs owner: open records without a responsible person.
  • High risk: high or critical priority and severity records.

Ageing and repeat signals

The Open issue age panel bands open records by how long they have been open since detection. The Recurring signals panel groups exceptions that share the same recurrence key, part, operation and characteristic combination and appear more than once, showing the total and how many are still open; a repeat group is usually the first place to look for a systemic cause.

Closure performance and the register

Closure performance shows closed, cancelled and reopened counts, the average days from detection to close-off, and the closure rate for the filtered set. Below it, the detailed register lists the individual exception records behind every figure on the page, with the generation timestamp shown on the panel.

Taking the report with you

Download CSV exports the filtered records, and Print report opens a print-ready view of the same filtered report for a meeting pack or a customer review.
