Suite analytics overview

What the Analytics page shows: product use, user activity, workflow completion, data-quality gaps and feedback for the current company and site.

The Analytics page at /analytics shows how the suite is being used at the current company and site: product activity, workflow completion, data quality and feedback. It is the place to see whether the team is actually working in the system and where records still need attention.

The overview signals

The top of the page summarizes useful activity in four tiles: a workflow completion gauge (how many tracked workflows were completed versus dropped or failing validation), total product opens, the number of active users, and the count of data-quality gaps. The gap tile turns to a warning state whenever gaps exist.

Product and user activity

  • Product Use lists each product area with its open count, unique users and when it was last used.
  • User Activity lists each active user with their update count, completed workflows, issue signals and last activity time.

Workflow health and data quality

  • Workflow Health shows, per product area, how many workflows were completed, dropped, or hit validation issues, with a completion percentage.
  • Data Quality lists the specific gaps recorded per area, with a count and the latest occurrence, so you can see exactly which records need attention.

Feedback and recent usage

The final section pairs a Feedback table (what users are reporting, by product area and type) with a Recent Usage table showing the latest activity events: time, product, activity, result and user. Together they give a quick read on both sentiment and the raw usage stream.
