Troubleshooting sign-in

What to check when you cannot sign in: password reset, invite and setup emails, the security check on the login page, and floor kiosk landings.

Sign-in lives at /login: enter your email address and password, complete the security check when it appears, and select Sign in to VoraSuite. If that is not working, the checks below cover the common causes in order.

Forgotten or rejected password

If the page says Invalid email or password, retype both carefully; the email must be the address your account was created with. If you cannot remember the password, use the Forgot your password link on the login page to have a reset email sent, then follow its link to set a new password.

Invite or setup email never arrived

When an administrator adds you in Team, you receive an account setup email with a link to set your password. Check your spam or junk folder and any company quarantine first. Setup and reset links expire after a time, so if the link is old, ask your administrator to send a fresh invite, or use Forgot your password with the same email address.

The security check on the login page

The login form includes a security check that usually completes on its own. If you see the message We could not verify you are human, wait for the check to finish and try again. After too many failed attempts the page asks you to wait a few minutes before retrying; that pause is deliberate and clears on its own.

You land on a floor kiosk instead of the cockpit

Users whose access is capture-only or job-card-work-only land directly in their floor kiosk after sign-in, not on the suite home. That is by design; the kiosk is their whole workspace. If you believe you should have cockpit access, ask your administrator to review your product access in Team at /access/users.

Still stuck?

If none of the above resolves it, contact support from the support page at /support with the email address you are signing in with and what the login page shows.
