Troubleshooting data you cannot see
The usual reasons a record seems missing: the wrong site is selected, your user lacks product access, the product is not in your package, or the record is archived.
When a record you expect to see is not there, the data is almost always fine; something about your current context is filtering it out. Work through these checks in order, from most to least common.
Check the site switcher first
Operational data is scoped per site. The topbar shows the active site next to your organization name, and everything in the products (tooling, job cards, control plans, capture records) belongs to one site. If a colleague can see a record and you cannot, compare which site each of you has selected, and switch with the site switcher in the topbar.
Check your product access
Each user is granted access per product, and within a product per permission. A user without access to a product sees its card marked Access not granted and cannot open its records. Administrators manage this in Team at /access/users: open the user and review which products and permissions they hold at the site in question.
Check the package
A product outside your subscription package is gated for everyone at the site, regardless of user permissions; its card shows Not in your plan. VoraCore is in every package; VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraAudit depend on the package you purchased. The subscription surface at /access/billing shows what the site currently has, and note that during a registration trial the full suite is open, so a product your team used in the trial may gate after trial end.
Check for archived records
Registers show active records by default. A record that was archived (a retired tool, an old customer, a superseded characteristic) drops out of the default view but is not deleted. Look for the archived filter or archived section on the register you are in, and restore the record if it should be active again.
If all four checks pass and the record is still not visible, contact support from /support with the record name, the site, and who can and cannot see it.
