What is new in VoraSuite
Recently shipped: two offline-capable floor kiosks, full-suite 14-day trials, dismissible notifications, and the new help centre with an in-app Help drawer.
A summary of what has shipped recently across VoraSuite, as of July 2026. Each item below is live now; the linked guides cover the details.
Shop-floor modes: two offline-capable kiosks
VoraSuite now has two purpose-built floor modes: a capture kiosk for quality inspectors at /control/capture/floor and a jobs kiosk for toolmakers at /tool/jobs/floor. Big-touch screens made for a tablet at the machine, and they keep working through wifi dead zones; entries are kept on the device and sync when the connection returns, carrying the true entry time. Floor users land straight in their kiosk after sign-in.
Every trial now runs on the full VoraSuite
Registration trials now open the whole suite: VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraAudit for the full 14 days, whichever package you purchase. At trial end, access regresses automatically to the purchased package, and everything your team created stays stored.
Dismissible notifications
Every in-app notification can now be dismissed from the notification drawer. Dismissal is personal: it clears the item from your own drawer and needs-attention panels without touching the shared record or the audit trail. Notifications that require acknowledgement are cleared by acknowledging them instead.
The help centre and the in-app Help drawer
VoraSuite now has a public help centre at /help, with searchable guides grouped by product. Inside the app, a Help button in the topbar opens a drawer with the guide for the page you are on, and Help links on key pages open the matching article directly; every drawer also offers Open in Help centre and Contact support.
