System Review overview
What the System Review page covers: security alerts to acknowledge, items that need review, and the full security event history for your site.
System Review at /system-review is the security and data-quality review surface for the current company and site. It gathers sign-in, access, file output and role events that may need follow-up, so an administrator can review them in one place instead of hunting through logs.
Security alerts
The first section shows in-app admin notifications raised as security alerts. Each alert card names the product, the severity, the message, and how many recipients have it unread in-app or queued for email. An open alert carries an Acknowledge button; acknowledging records who cleared it and when, and the card then shows the acknowledgement time.
Items to review
The Needs attention section lists signals that may deserve a closer look. Each card shows the product, the signal, a status chip and a short detail line with the event time. When there is nothing outstanding, the section says so plainly.
Security event history
The bottom of the page is the full security event history table. Each row shows the time, product, event, result, severity, the user involved, the record affected, any review note, and the IP address where one was recorded. This is the place to trace exactly what happened around a sign-in or an access change.
Like the rest of the suite, System Review is scoped to the current company and site. Use the site switcher in the topbar to review another site.
