Your trial and packages

How the 14-day trial works, what each package includes, what happens when the trial ends, and where to manage your subscription.

VoraSuite is sold as three packages: VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraSuite. This reference explains what each includes, how the trial works and what changes when the trial ends. Your subscription surfaces live under My Account at /access/billing.

What each package includes

  • VoraTool: toolroom management, tooling, maintenance, repairs and spares, with the history to prove it.
  • VoraControl: quality control, control plans, inspection capture, SPC trends and out-of-spec follow-up.
  • VoraSuite: both products together, plus VoraAudit.
  • VoraCore, the governed foundation (master data, access, sites, the record trail), is included in every package.
  • VoraAudit is included in VoraSuite and is available as a paid upgrade for VoraTool and VoraControl.

How the trial works

Registering starts a card-upfront 14-day free trial on annual billing. You are not charged during the trial; after 14 days the saved card is charged for the annual subscription unless you cancel first. Monthly checkouts charge immediately and do not include a trial, so public pages only promise the trial on annual billing.

Your trial runs on the full VoraSuite

Every registration trial runs on the full VoraSuite, whichever package you purchased. That means you can open VoraTool, VoraControl and VoraAudit for the whole trial and evaluate everything. The package you chose at registration is recorded, and your seat and storage allocations stay at that package level.

What happens when the trial ends

At trial end, access regresses automatically to the package you purchased. Products outside your package become locked, and their cards point you to billing if you want to add them. Nothing your team created during the trial is deleted; every record stays stored, so if you upgrade later the history is already there.

Managing the subscription

Administrators manage the subscription at /access/billing: the current plan, sites, seats, storage, invoices and payments, and cancellation. For current pricing, see the public pricing page at /pricing; help articles do not quote prices.
