Managing your team
How to use the Team page to review users, open the user modal, grant per product access, send password resets, and deactivate or reactivate a user.
The Team page under My Account, at /access/users, is where you manage the people in your workspace. From one register you add users, open a user to manage their access across VoraCore, VoraControl and VoraTool, send account emails, and deactivate or reactivate accounts.
The team register
The register lists every user in the organization with their status. Selecting a user opens the user modal, which holds their identity details, product access toggles and, per site, an access level for each product. All access management happens in this single modal rather than across separate screens.
Granting product access
Inside the user modal you enable or disable each product for the user and pick an access level per site and product. An access level is a named bundle of permissions, so what the user can do in each product follows from the level you choose. VoraAudit visibility is not assigned per user; it follows the authorized products and the site entitlement.
Account actions from the user modal
- Send password reset delivers a link to the email address of the user so they can set a new password.
- Resend the account setup email if the user never completed their first sign in.
- Deactivate ends the access of the user; Reactivate restores it.
Seats and deactivation
Product access on a site uses a named user slot; a user with no access consumes no allocation, and seat limits are enforced server side. Deactivating a user frees their allocation while everything they recorded stays in place, attributed to them, so history and evidence are unaffected.
Team management requires access administration permission in VoraCore. Users without it can be listed in the register but cannot change access.
