VoraTool reports

What lives under /tool/reports: the Repeat Breakdowns, Spares Risk, PM Compliance and Customer Assets reports, plus the live signals built from current records.

VoraTool reports live at /tool/reports. The page opens with live metrics and signal registers built from the current records, plus four reports you can open and print. These are operating views; service history and evidence questions for auditors belong in VoraAudit.

The four reports

  • Repeat Breakdowns: repeated tool, fault and root-cause signals from job-card work
  • Spares Risk: low stock, zero cover and linked-tool exposure
  • PM Compliance: per-tooling preventive maintenance completion and overdue summary
  • Customer Assets: customer-owned tooling on-site, grouped by customer, to reconcile against the customer asset register

Live signals on the overview

Below the report links, the overview shows the first ten open job cards, the first ten overdue maintenance jobs, job cards awaiting release and the low-stock or no-cover spares grouped by part and operation. Each row opens a detail modal with a jump link into the full register: Open in Job Cards, Open in Scheduled Jobs or Open in Spares.

Printing a report

Each report has a print view with a print-ready layout. Open the report and use its print action when you need a paper or PDF copy for a meeting or a customer.

Where the numbers come from

Every figure is computed from the live registers: job cards, scheduled maintenance jobs, spares and their movements. There is no separate report data entry; the reports read the records the daily work already created.
