VoraTool system settings

VoraTool system setup lives at /tool/system. It holds the VoraTool-specific setup lists and maintenance support settings. Shared company, site, user, customer, part and operation setup stays in VoraCore.

Tooling lists

Tooling lists, at /tool/system/tooling-lists, maintains the tooling classes and departments used across the tooling register, maintenance plans and reports.

Job card lists

Job card lists, at /tool/system/job-card-lists, maintains the dropdown choices used when raising and working job cards, such as the fault and repair needs and the production impact options that appear on the create form.

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance, at /tool/system/preventive-maintenance, holds the Generate due jobs control. Scheduled jobs generate automatically each day; the button is a manual fallback, for example right after changing plan frequencies or if an automated run has not yet completed. A status chip shows when jobs were last generated.
